 Using our own molded or extruded basic shapes, such as rod and tube, a broad range of PTFE machined parts are produced to close tolerances with high quality surface finishes. Chicago Gasket's machining facilities include state of the art CNC equipment, automatic screw machines, turret lathes, engine lathes, drill presses, centerless grinders, punch presses, milling machines, special equipment designed in-house for specific PTFE processing & fabricating requirements. Machined components includes a wide variety of packings, gaskets, seals, washers, insulators, bushings and threaded fittings. Lathe machining is an economical way to produce prototypes, test samples or small volume, short-run parts. Larger volume requirements are efficiently produced on our fast, automatic screw machines or CNC lathes. |
